Organic waste methane fermentation technology

Recycle biogas from organic waste into electricity and city gas!

Our company accepts food waste (general waste and industrial waste) and engages in business planning and consulting related to power generation and heat utilization from gas energy generated by a methane fermentation system, as well as gas supply services. We have successfully implemented a new initiative to supply biogas derived from kitchen waste as city gas, and have begun practical application. This is being promoted as a national project under the "Biogas City Gas Pipeline Injection Demonstration Project." 【Features】 ■ Accepts food waste with insufficient sorting ■ Adoption of methane fermentation technology ■ Utilizes generated biogas for electricity and city gas ■ Available for acceptance 24 hours a day *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

Konghe Chemical Co., Ltd. Environmental Microbiology Research Institute Guide

We are advancing foundational research and development to protect the environment!

This is an introduction to the Environmental Microbiology Research Institute of Kyoei Chemical Co., Ltd. The Environmental Microbiology Research Institute aims to contribute to society through the development of scientific and technological solutions to environmental issues, focusing on fundamental research on microorganisms that protect the environment and the development of technologies for utilizing these microorganisms. Although our institute is small in terms of facilities and the number of researchers, we are determined to achieve remarkable results, embodying the spirit of "even the smallest insect has a soul," and play a part in solving environmental problems. We appreciate the support of all stakeholders. The decomposition of organic waste through high-temperature aerobic fermentation is a safe treatment method that does not cause pollution. We are analyzing the microbial communities responsible for this process. We have already isolated a new genus and species of thermophilic bacteria. The enzymes produced by these bacteria are also useful. Of course, we are also advancing research on the utilization of thermophilic bacterial enzymes. To protect the environment, environmental analysis, such as water quality surveys, is essential. It is also our mission to develop more sensitive, accurate, rapid, convenient, or cost-effective analytical methods. Under collaborative research between industry, government, and academia, we are also investigating waste decomposition technologies utilizing the metabolic activity of thermophilic bacteria and the utilization of the enzymes they produce.
